Sondra Rubin

Sondra Rubin was born and raised in Queens, New York. She was a practicing CPA for large real estate investment and management companies for over 9 years. During her tenure she began to suffer from an autoimmune disease called Lupus and simultaneously her family was getting ill as well. Her began to see that the every month doctor visits for the entire family was NOT the road to health, but disease management. She began to use her advanced research and auditing skills in the health industry and discovered a different approach to health and wellness, which involved diet, nutrition and exercise.

Sondra has created wellness programs, resources and e-books that have helped hundreds of people. She has a youtube channel for easy guided resources for the community. She has switched her focus from finding solutions on how to make the "numbers" work to natural solutions on how to make the body work.
